Please make sure you double check that your shipping address is correct. Because of issues regarding this recently if you do not receive your order because you provided the wrong address you will have to pay shipping again to resend the order to the correct address. So please check your address and send me a message if you notice it's wrong.
We include Delivery Confirmation with a tracking number for most orders (not international.) We will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
You have 60 days from the day of shipping to report it if your order hasn't arrived. If you do not report it within this time frame we will assume it arrived and your order will not be visited again or resent.
Accessories and Handmade Items:
If an item(s) is received damaged, please notify me immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the item.) Email me a photo of the package and of the item showing the damage. I will always try to work something out.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund then just send the item back to the return address on the envelop and send us a message. When we receive the returned item we will refund the cost of the item and the initial shipping. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Clothing and Printed Items:
Returns are accepted for items with any printing defect, but only if the item is returned, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the initial shipping. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded. If you chose the wrong size, you cannot return your item. Please read sizing information carefully.
